Typical ways in which I work with individuals include:

• Initial 15-20 minute conversation with you to establish the role you are applying for and the type of assistance you may require (and to check on any possible conflicts of interest)
• A detailed review of your paperwork including the job description, person specification and competencies for the job you are targeting as well as your application form / CV
• I design and conduct a relevant mock interview with you. This can be done face-to-face, via skype or by telephone
• I review your interview responses and provide detailed feedback to you with specific suggestions on how you can improve your performance
• I contact you once your interview outcome is known and have a further short discussion about what the result means for you and to help you decide on your next steps
• Mock interview sessions, with feedback, typically last 2 hours

I cannot guarantee that you will get the job you are after. However, I will work with you to ensure that you are fully prepared for the selection process and that you can present yourself in a way that does justice to your experience and skills. I will also seek to ensure you can go into the interview process feeling confident and positive about yourself, thereby increasing the chances you can relax and enjoy the experience, whilst maximising your chances of success.
